Why Do You Need Instrumentation Control Panels and Motor Control Panels

Instrumentation control panels and motor control panels are required for safety and control over various applications. They are the basic need of large manufacturing units where different types of machines are installed and taken into use for production.

As far as instrumentation control panels are concerned, they house controllers, gauges, display chart records, instruments, control operators and enclosure heaters. They are interconnected via process tubing and electrical cable as per the type of instrument or the type of measurement has to be done by these instruments. They are the combination of electric and pneumatic controls that are housing pneumatic gauges, shut off valves, emergency stop operators and annunciation lights.

Instrumentation control panels are taken into use to control and monitor the operations of instruments working on temperature, level, flow and pressure applications. PID or Thyristor are essential for temperature applications; while flow meter and control valves are required for flow control Instrumentation control panels come with display all values like temperature, flow, PH, ORP and various other at one place to make monitoring and controlling easy and hassle-free.

They are required for better controlling and maintenance of various applications and good control over them. You have to choose the right type of instrumentation control panels according to your requirement and their uses.

Motor control panels are also equally important that are equipped with isolation disconnects, over current protection, motor controller, overload protection, separate control voltage circuit and control operators. Pilot lights are also installed in them; while some of them are customized as per your specific requirement.
